JPB Builders & Developers is a Building Company established in 2005 by father and son team, John and Phil Barker. Their aim is to service the Peel Region’s commercial and residential building and land development markets, as well as the company’s own speculative developments of residential and commercial land for sale and or lease.

JPB Builders & Developers can offer something different to the market with their willingness to try new products in the never ending struggle to produce better, more energy efficient housing. Many articles are surfacing from within the Building Industry and Government calling for some ingenuity in the housing market with regards to Energy Efficiency. JPB Builders & Developers are Accredited Builders for Formcraft, a new system new to Western Australia using Insulated Concrete Formwork instead of double brick to produce an energy efficient home that has five times the insulation of double brick and a minimum six star energy rating. John Barker has built his own residence using Formcraft ICF in Mandurah.
